Creventic has released an updated provisional entry list for the rescheduled Hankook 24H Dubai, which is headlined by an adjusted 26-car GT3 grid.

The Middle Eastern enduro was postponed earlier this week as a result of shipping delays triggered by security concerns around the Red Sea, with the event moving from the original Jan. 13-14 date to create a clash with the Rolex 24 at Daytona on Jan. 27-28.

The date change has resulted in the withdrawal of six GT3 entries from the event thus far, with Mercedes-AMG squads Hofor-Racing and MP Motorsport pulling their entries entirely.

The remaining drop is the result of downsized entries from German squads Herberth Motorsport and Car Collection Motorsport, which now both field a single Porsche 911 GT3 R each.

Both teams were originally set to run three car entries, with Car Collection entering both a pair of Porsches and a single Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II.

Of note, other major GT3 squads have remained on the grid despite the date change, most notably the likes of Team WRT, GetSpeed Performance, Sainteloc Racing, Attempto Racing, Leipert Motorsport and Heart of Racing by SPS.

The latter of those teams is amongst those set to be impacted most by the new date clash, as drivers Ian James, Mario Farnbacher and Roman De Angelis all also have clashing commitments with the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship opener.

Creventic has yet to release driver lineups for the event, which will form the final round of the Middle East Trophy powered by Hankook as a result of the calendar reshuffling.
